According to Dean, “I have worked in the nonprofit field as an executive for the past eight years. I have a thorough knowledge of the challenges that nonprofits face and the significance of advocacy efforts with an ever changing funding environment. Currently, my position as the President/CEO is overseeing operations of residential and non-residential substance use and mental health disorders. I currently serve as the President-Elect of a trade association called the Minnesota Association of Recovery Resources for Chemical Health. I believe that my strategic planning experience and ongoing education of the legislative process would be of benefit to the MCN board.”
